Elizabeth Moss to Play Notorious Small Town Axe Murderer

If you're not as familiar with Texas true crime as I am you may not recognize the woman in the picture. She's from the small Texas town of Wylie.  She was a housewife in 1980, had two beautiful children, a nice house in a new suburb and what looked to be a loving relationship with her husband. She was cheating on her husband with a man from church, whose wife she was friends with. A friend she ended up murdering by hacking at her 41 times with an axe. Pretty crazy, I know. Elizabeth Moss from A Handmades tale is set to play Candy in a limited series that's currently being shopped around on various streaming platforms.
