Which is the real deal, yellow or white queso?  For years I never realized there was such a thing as white queso, all there was to offer was velveeta and rotel and even though this certainly has it's place in the hall of fame of cheese dips there is no comparison between yellow and white queso.

I say white queso wins hands down, it's smoother, creamier and in my opinion the Cadillac of cheese and when it comes to making a superior dip for your chips of as a topping for your favorite Mexican food, it will win hands down.

Now to be fair yellow cheese has it's place but it is certainly not at my dinner table so I say keep your yellow cheese put some hamburger in it and put it out when the guests come but save the white queso for yourself
