Stupid Criminals: Police Arrest a Man Playing With Himself in Kohl’s

Kohl's may not be the most erotic place for you and me, but for this guy it was.

According to KSDK-TV, a 21-year-old named Kendall J. Collins went to a Kohl's in Fairview Heights, Illinois on Monday afternoon.

As he walked around browsing, he had his penis out and was playing with himself.

One shopper apparently called police, but as they got there, Collins took off running and tried to hide inside a nearby Popeye's.

The police quickly caught him and it turns out this is the second time he's done this.  Reports show he was busted back in October for taking a self-pleasuring walk through a Marshall's.

Collins is facing a misdemeanor public indecency charge.
