What do you think when you see the orange barrels?

When I approach the orange barrels or cones, I have several thoughts

I immediately think "ugh".  "Is this necessary"?  I rarely think, this was needed

I probably should think "It is for the future good".  Many roads in our area need work.  No one wants traffic delays, nor wants higher taxes.  What are your thoughts?
