Police Still Looking for Murder Suspect
The Odessa Police Department is looking for a woman who is wanted in connection with the murder of her husband. At around 9 p.m. on Sunday, May 16th, officers responded to the 2000 block of East 7th Street in regards to a welfare check. Jacob Ledward, 24, was found deceased in the home. There has been no information released as of yet as to how Jacob died. Originally police released a statement that said his wife, Clara Jassmin Ledward, was simply wanted for questioning in the death of her husband but now homicide detectives with the Odessa Police Department say she is wanted for the alleged murder of her husband Jacob Ledward.
Clara was last seen driving a 2016 Red Toyota Corolla with the license plate number LXZ3998.
Clara Ledward is also known as Tatiana Ledward, Tatiana Licon, Clara Licon and Clara Hays.
We don’t know the circumstances of what happened to Jacob Ledward or what caused his death but Clara might. Whether she was involved or not is information that can only be obtained from Clara so she needs to be found.
Like I always say, keep in mind these names and faces are real people just like you and me, they matter.
