I don’t believe this is legal, even in Texas.

I am always seeking humor.  It's better than the opposite.  Funny video. Maybe "odd" is a better description?

A man, nearly nude (flesh colored speedo), was shooting a rifle across a highway at a neighbors pigs.

The guy shooting the rifle obviously has issues.  His wife was fine with it.
