I'm warning you, this is very graphic, but if you're like me, you're willing to barrel through the warning signs and watch it anyway. Well, here you go...

I told you. It's gross.

This happened last Friday at an NCAA gymnastics regional event in Louisiana. And this is senior Samantha Cerio. She came down after a double handspring, and as you can see, both her legs bent backwards.

Everyone first thought she broke her legs. But she didn't. At least no bones were broken. She did dislocate them both and tear multiple ligaments. She did have surgery to repair both knees and has officially retired from the sport.

Don't worry though. She'll be just fine. Cerio is an aerospace engineering major with a 3.48 GPA and already has a job lined up with Boeing when she graduates next month.
