Oh, the '80s. It was a glorious decade.
So many great things came from it, including the made-for-TV movie. And this one might be one of the best.
In this supposedly "based on a true story" movie, a nurse is the victim of a horrible car accident that scars her face permanently. Her lips are disfigured and she's basically left with nothing.
So a doctor, played by Armand Assante, comes up with a crazy idea: graft vaginal tissue on to her face to build new lips! Yup, he's going to replace her lips with her lips. Only in the '80s, folks!
