Man Was Busted for Stealing His Church’s Computer After Trying to Remove Porn Filter

Only a man this committed to sinning could be brought down by those sins.

According to The Raw Story, 29-year-old Troy Ridling of Owasso, Oklahoma stole a computer from his church where he attended, and he might have gotten away with it IF he had stopped his sinful ways then.

But Ridling really wanted to watch porn on his newly stolen computer.  But unfortunately his church, Owasso First Assembly of God, had installed a porn filter called Covenant Eyes and he couldn't get around the filter.

He called tech support at Covenant Eyes to ask how to remove their software which led them to trace the software and discover the computer was stolen.

Covenant Eyes passed the information along to the church, who in turn, passed it along to the police.

Ridling was arrested this week for second-degree burglary and possession of stolen property and gets hailed as the dumbest criminal of the week.
