Man Arrested for Pleasuring Himself in Public, While on a Bike

This man may be a pervert, but he is a pervert with some serious agility and multitasking skills.

Last week in Palo Alto, California, people reported to police that a 51-year-old man named Clark Duncan McElfresh was riding his bicycle while vigorously fondling himself.

Apparently McElfresh was riding around the park, self pleasuring and pedaling. That's impressive multitasking.

Police tracked him down and arrested him for indecent exposure.
