Bring a Sidewalk to a Gunfight

A man wielding a gun after being called out for talking loudly on a phone call outside a Colorado WalMart learned a sidewalk has a hard lesson to teach.  

The man calling the loud cell phone user out got into an altercation with the man brandishing a gun and as the situation escalated the cellphone user produced his holstered firearm which caused to man to tackle him knocking him out when his head hit the pavement.

The unconscious man's weapon was confiscated by police and when he came to he was charged with felony menacing, reckless endangerment, and unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon.

Because of his past criminal activity the man was not even supposed to be carrying a gun of any kind.
