Authorities in Rock Hill, Pennsylvania, who were called by a man alleging a neighbor had a "racist display" was put under arrest after it turned out he was high.

Police responding to the suspect's call were shown the lid to his neighbor's fire pit which he claimed had a dark shape on it which he insisted was "a pile of mud with the skeleton of a black person drawn on it."

Cops did not see what he was seeing and asked if the 43-year-old was under the influence, which he confessed to them he had just toked up. When officers searched him they reportedly found nearly one and a half grams of weed, and arrested him.
