Hackers Make Fake Emergency Alert Message to Warn of Zombie Attack

Great Falls TV viewers of KRTV, a CW affiliate, got a shock when and Emergency Alert message warned that "dead bodies are rising from their graves," and continued by saying "do not attempt to approach or apprehend these bodies as they are extremely dangerous."

The station issued an apology to viewers claiming the message was the result of hackers.  "This message did not originate from KRTV, and there is no emergency," according to the station's website.

The Great Falls Police Department said officers are looking into who was behind the message and said he had four calls from concerned citizens wondering if the message was true.
