What about turkey?

I was looking at this map that showed the most popular Thanksgiving food in every state.

For Texas it was chicken spaghetti.  Seriously?  My home state of Wisconsin, shrimp recipes.  I have NEVER had shrimp around Thanksgiving.  What do you partake in?
