West Texas Iced Tea and Small Town Food Trucks

Tonight I'm in Rankin, Tx trying to make a West Texas version of Long Island iced tea and yes there will be before and after pictures and accounts I promise.

So a Long Island iced tea is made with white rum, triple sec, gin, vodka, white tequila, simple syrup and a splash of coke.

For our West Texas version we're gonna try coke, Watermelon Vodka, Jose Cuervo Blanco, Triple Sec and Captain Morgan White Rum.

Rankin has very few options when it comes to fast food, or just food you didn't make at home let's call it. Today we're trying a place called "Boston Dawgs"

We're trying the mini corn dogs, mozzarella sticks and stuffed mushrooms.
