Texas Brewery Made The List Of Best Pumpkin Beers In The US

Move over pumpkin spice lattes, there's another seasonal beverage we wanted to drink! And one Texas brewery made the list of the best in the nation. During the fall, it seems like everywhere you go you see pumpkin spice seasonings and smells. Air fresheners, coffees, desserts and everything in between. One of our favorite ways to enjoy the pumpkin taste is through some of the pumpkin flavored brews you can get from the best craft breweries in the country. Thrillist came up with a list of some of the Best Pumpkin Beers in the United States and there were a shocking amount of beers from states like California and Colorado but one Texas brewery made the list.

Saint Arnold is a Houston-based brewery that is actually the oldest in the city. Since 1994, the owners have been brewing full-flavored beers for Texans and Louisianans. Known for some great beers, there's one that made the list of best pumpkin beers in the US. The Saint Arnold Pumpkinator was awarded gold in the pumpkin beer category at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival. This beer has a full flavor, which shows in its ingredients since it's the most expensive beer that they brew. Thrillist described why the put this beer as one of the best pumpkin beers in the US:

"It’s a rich, dark, malty treasure overflowing with molasses, brown sugar, pumpkin spices, and enough pumpkins to bake 437 pumpkin pies, according to the brewery."

You can grab a Saint Arnold at their brewery and restaurant in Houston, or basically at any Texas liquor store. Saint Arnold brews are available widely in the state, as well as in Louisiana.
