Apparently, Mother Nature is upset with us and has been punishing us with record-breaking temperatures this year here in West Texas. That is definitely depressing, but all hope is not lost as I've got a way to cool off on a hot summer's day in Texas. Beer.

Beer is actually a diuretic, which means it'll dehydrate you if you overdo it. So, make sure you're drinking the "right beer" when you're finished with the lawn mowing or whatever else you do outdoors.
