Apparently, Mother Nature is upset with us and has been punishing us with record-breaking temperatures this year here in West Texas. That is definitely depressing, but all hope is not lost as I've got a way to cool off on a hot summer's day in Texas. Beer.
Beer is actually a diuretic, which means it'll dehydrate you if you overdo it. So, make sure you're drinking the "right beer" when you're finished with the lawn mowing or whatever else you do outdoors.
Oh yeah, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that drinking water is also a great way to cool off on a hot summer's day. However, no one ever started a story with "hold my water and watch this".
