Odessa’s Serial Groper Video

12 women so far have been victim to a man the Odessa Police department are calling a serial groper. The first reports of a man groping several women in central Odessa were made back in July.  Jadie Vasquez, a woman living in an apartment complex near Music City Mall, was approached by a man wearing a blue doctor's mask as she was returning home from work early last Saturday.  The man asked her if she had seen his lost puppy and before she knew it he was a foot away from her. Vasquez says the man lunged at her and when she screamed for her boyfriend the man bolted. Police report the same set of circumstances reported by another woman a few miles away the same day.  This man needs to be caught before his behavior escalates. The serial groper is described as a roughly 5'6"-5'9" Hispanic man with black or salt and pepper hair. Watch the video closely, this man may live right next door to you.
