Movie Poems (Fishing and Boating Week)
It's National Fishing and Boating Week. Here are some poems about movies with fishing or boating in them. (Answers below)
- A handyman with boys in his care
On the job he wasn’t treated fair
A kidnapping per se
Until he shows her the way
To live life without so much flair - The crew likes to pillage and plunder
To attack they can walk under
Not much is worse
Than being stuck with this curse
That they made so many movies is always a wonder - It was almost nothing for the entire crew
So they choose a place to go that is new
It’s further out than thought
In a major storm they are caught
A rogue wave they tried to make their way through - She just wants to find her mom and dad
She’s berated which makes her quite sad
She befriends an old crank
With 7 limbs named Hank
Her whole family together makes her glad - He isn’t exactly what they’re looking for
As his eye rolls around on the floor
Guerillas, pirates, and the sea
Are all enemies to this family
They get through it all and sail off to go see more
