Man Who Exposed Himself on a Delta Flight Gives a Convoluted Excuse

Last November, 48-year-old Stuart Clarke of Provo, Utah was accused of exposing himself on a Delta flight from Minneapolis to Salt Lake City.  Now it is revealed from a search warrant application what his convoluted excuse was.

Stuart had flown originally from Amsterdam to Minneapolis where he had a major headache and applied some peppermint oil on his forehead to relieve the pain before he boarded the flight.

He then stated he went to the bathroom during the flight to Salt Lake City, and while he was relieving himself, he got some of the oil on his crotch.  When he got back to his seat, he felt a burning sensation and pulled his penis out to let it breathe.

The holes in his story are that if he applied the peppermint oil in Amsterdam, then it was 10 hours later that he was on the flight to Salt Lake City.

Also when the plane landed, he took off from the airport as quickly as possible without even getting his luggage at the baggage claim.

He hasn't been charged with any crime but he could be looking at a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure on an aircraft.
