Local Woman Arrested for Death of Infant.

It's never pleasant to hear about things like this happening anywhere. It hits especially hard when you realize how close to home this is. CBS 7 posted this just a few min ago and there aren't a ton of details so I'm not quite sure what to think. The mother was arrested and an investigation is underway...that's about everything being released to the public at this point. I try to think the best of people, and try not to rush to conclusions. She seems emotionless in the mug shot, but for me that doesn't say much. If you've ever been arrested before, you know these pictures are taken several hours after being taken into custody. I truly hope it's not true. I don't like to think of any mother being able to do something like this.
