This is Jeffrey Wayne Braziel, he's been missing for over a decade. He went missing February 28th, 2006 but wasn't reported missing until almost two weeks later on March 13th. The information provided by his profile on the Texas Department of Saftey missing and unidentified persons online bulletin states that he is disabled and his charleyproject.org profile says he is mentally handicapped and may be in danger as a result of his condition. He was last seen in the area of Lee and Illinois and has never been heard from again. Charleyproject.org adds that he may be in El Paso, Texas.
