Godzilla: King of the Monsters hits theaters on May 31st, and the promotions for the movie are in full swing. And by the way, if you haven't seen the Godzilla that came out back in 2014, you should. It was a great homage to the original movies, updated for today.

A guy named Michael Connor in Pennsylvania had a mystery black object sent to him and a hazmat team came out to check it out.

Connor had donated to a crowdfunding campaign to make Godzilla: King of the Monsters a few years ago. He apparently won a piece of memorabilia for his donation, but he wasn't able to connect the dots when he got the package.

So Connor called authorities and a hazmat team showed up only to find out the package was... a piece of Godzilla's skin.

Even though the suspicious package ended up being just a movie prop, authorities say Connor did the right thing in this situation.
