So we are in the middle of a weight loss challenge at work and honestly I think it has to the the best way to try and lose weight, not only is their a group of people all doing the same thing but when you have to weigh in every Friday there is also a bit of shame that goes along with it not to mention the competitive factor.

The other reason I think do an in office challenge like this is a great way to lose the pounds is the support of everyone trying to do the same thing.  Imagine trying to do it on your own and every Tuesday has always been chocolate éclair day!

Honestly though no matter how much support you get and where you get it trying to lose weight SUCKS, especially for the first couple of weeks, this is when all of your senses reminds you about how much all the amazing fatty foods taste!

So yes dieting sucks!
