A 10 year old Odessa girl takes action!

A 10 year old Odessa girl decided to help out the Odessa Police Department

The girl has a pretty cool hot chocolate stand and has been selling hot chocolate on the weekends to help raise money for the Odessa Police Department K-9 unit.
