Two Arrested in Odessa Drug Bust

According to NewsWest 9, two young men were thrown in jail after getting caught with 7.5 grams of cocaine, plus being caught with drug paraphernalia.

The young men were identified as Gilbert Alvarez and Xander Leyva, both 20, and now facing multiple charges.

The men were pulled over last week because of expired registration and upon searching the car, that's when police found the drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Upon further investigation it was discovered that Alvarez was using a fake name and had two outstanding warrants.
