In this edition of Stupid Criminals, we find a man counting the money he got after a bank robbery while walking down the street.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, 36-year-old Steve Coley Jr. of Port Richey, Florida went into a Bank of America last week and demanded money.

As far as we know, he didn't have a weapon, but bank tellers are trained to just hand over money, no questions asked.

So Coley got his cash and left, and if he could have demonstrated even a small amount of patience he might not have gotten caught.

But clearly that was just too much to ask.

The bank called the police and gave them Steve's description.  A few minutes later, as the cops were searching the area, they saw Steve walking down the street counting the money he had just stolen.

Since he matched the description, they stopped him and the cash he was counting was the exact amount that the bank was missing.

He was arrested for bank robbery.
