If you are going to have a strip club on the high seas, it's not recommended to dump the toilets into the sea.

According to the Alaska Dispatch News, 54-year-old Darren Byler of Kodiak, Alaska and his 46-year-old wife Kimberly own the Wild Alaskan, a former crabbing boat that's been converted into a floating bar and strip club.

They have been running the business since June, and apparently it's been pretty successful but now they are in serious legal trouble, but it isn't for the stripping.

The Coast Guard caught them dumping the feces from their bathrooms into the harbor instead of taking their waste tanks to the proper places on shore to dump them.

The Bylers were just indicted by a federal grand jury for improper disposal of human waste, they could both be facing up to one year in jail and $25,000 in fines.

But that is not the worst part, the Coast Guard says they lied about dumping the tanks and if they're convicted of making false statements to the Coast Guard investigators, that could get them both five years in prison and $250,000 fines.
