Stupid Criminals: College Security Director Arrested for Masturbating Into a Female Coworker’s Shoe

Here is a guy with an extreme foot fetish.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, 39-year-old Timothy Margis was the security director at Concordia University in River Forest, Illinois, just west of Chicago.

On February 10th, around 9:30 PM, a female employee at the school saw him walking out of her office, buttoning his pants and fastening his belt.

She asked him what he was doing in her office, and he said he was checking the office since it had been left open.

She felt something was not quite right and went into her office.  When she got in there, she saw a pair of shoes she had left in the office and right away knew it wasn't right.

She noticed that there was semen in one of her shoes.  Seems he had masturbated and ejaculated in the shoe.

He was arrested last week for public indecency and disorderly conduct.

There is no relationship between Margis and the female employee , so it is not clear why he picked her.
