Smuggler Gets Caught With Belly Full of Cash

Winner, winner chicken dinner as they say, but for a Guatemalan woman she apparently wanted to have the cash for dinner.  

Contraband is typical to custom agents, and they have seen some unusual things that people will swallow, but cash was a first.

The Guatemalan woman in question was acting suspicious so she caught the attention of agents at the Panama International Airport and when they took her aside and gave her a subsequent x-ray it was reveled that she had swallowed over $31,000 in cash.

It was also found out that the stash was in at least 39 bundles of $100 bills.  Police recovered $31,200 but have her in custody at a Panamanian Hospital awaiting the remainder of the stash to "dispense."

Its a dirty job but someone has to do it I guess.
