Anthony Olatunfe is a 26-year-old Nigerian who has been using Close-Up Toothpaste for the past seven years.

According to Metro Naija, Olatunfe bought the toothpaste because of their ad campaign talking about the "Close-Up Effect" where your fresh breath and whiter teeth would instantly make you more attractive to women.

But after seven years, Olatunfe has had no luck with the ladies instantly falling for him. So he is suing Close-Up Toothpaste.

Olatunfe claims, "Right from college to now in my office, no girl ever agreed to even go out for a coffee with me, even though I'm sure they could smell my breath."

He also claims he tried to kiss his female boss right after brushing with Close-Up and she slapped him.

Also the commercials say to keep Close-Up away from children, so he, "Beat up my five-year-old nephew for coming near [it]."

Olatunfe is suing for an undisclosed amount.  Close-Up is made by Unilever, and Unilever Nigeria declined comment at this time.
