Somehow people thinking the Earth is flat is still a thing. Just ask B.O.B. or Kyrie Irving. Irving claims he was joking about thinking the Earth is flat, but if watch interviews with him, that dude totally still thinks the Earth isn't round.

Well, there's one guy in California who intends on launching his own home made rocket in order to prove the Earth is flat. Mike Hughes, a 61 year-old limo driver will head out to the Mojave Desert on Saturday to prove once and for all he, and all the flat-Earthers are correct.

"It'll shut the door on this ball earth," Hughes said in a fundraising interview with a flat-Earth group for Saturday's flight, which ranged across theories that NASA is controlled by round-Earth Freemasons, and Elon Musk makes fake rockets from blimps.

I don't want to mean or morbid at all, but anyone want to bet that on Sunday morning we're hearing a story about a man who crashed his home made rocket in the Mojave Desert over the Thanksgiving weekend?
