First Draft of Texting While Driving Ban Approved in Midland

Texting while driving may be a thing of the past in Midland soon.

According to Newswest 9, the City of Midland Facebook page is reporting that the first draft of a law against texting while driving was approved.

The ordinance requires two readings to become law and the city council wants the citizens to voice their opinion on it.
