Local Man Exposes Himself to Woman in North Midland

I have lived in Midland for years and it has been a while since a flasher has been reported in the area.

According to Newswest 9, a woman was walking down Bluebird Lane on Sunday morning when she was flashed by a "tan male" in his 20's.

The report goes on to say that the man got into an older model white pickup with no back license plate, and left the scene.

Midland police looked for the white pickup in the area around Chapel Hill and Bluebird where the incident occurred, but they were not able to find the man.
