Amazon is selling it and its called the Wake-Up Vibe. It doesn't wake her up to an alarm, but wakes her up by vibrating her awake.

Currently it is only designed for women.  She can set the time that she wants to wake up, slip the device into her underwear, and when it's time to wake up it pulsates her through automatic pleasuring.
