Marvel Won’t Announce Their Next Movies Just Yet

Marvel has been quick to pick up release dates, as they currently have three films set for release on May 6, 2016, July 8, 2016, and May 5, 2017 and have yet to reveal what those films are (if they know, which they may not). At Comic-Con 2012, they unveiled their release slate into 2015, with 'Ant-Man' and 'Avengers 2' on the docket, while this year they didn't mention anything new as their big announcement was the title of the 'Avengers' sequel. It turns we won't know what those untitled films are until next year at the earliest.

Comic-Con 2013: Tom Cruise’s ‘All You Need is Kill’ Gets New Title and Poster

There's no getting around it, 'All You Need is Kill' was an unwieldy title, and even with Tom Cruise starring in the film, the name could be seen as a turn-off. ‘The Grandmaster’ Trailer: Wong Kar Wai is Back in Action

It's been almost twenty years since Wong Kar Wai directed 1994's kung-fu epic 'Ashes of Time,' a film that nearly broke the filmmaker and sent him off to direct 'Chungking Express' in a flurry of creativity that helped create the Wong Kar Wai we know today. Though his post-production process on 'The Grandmaster' was almost as long, it didn't seem to cause a spin-off movie. Still, the trailer for 'The Grandmaster' looks amazing.

Comic-Con 2013: ‘The Crow’ Reboot Adds Comic Creator James O’Barr, Announces Panel

Often the best way to make fans happy with a reboot/new version of something old is to respect what came before it by involving the original creator(s) with the update.
