Who steals from the Girl Scouts? She does

Odessa police have her photo, as she has a record.  She is accused of stealing $25,000+ from the Girl Scouts.  

Police think she may be in the Abilene area selling cookies.  I read the story from our news partner News West 9.

Her mugshot has a real smug look.  My guess is she has no conscience.
