Where is the best pizza in the basin?

Kind of a generic and subjective question, but do you have an opinion on pizza in the area?  I am looking for a short cut to find the "best of" in the area.  You have your Domino's, Pizza Hut, etc...nothing wrong with those, but I have to believe the best pizza is some place local?  As I write this, I am thinking I need a Little Ceaser's as they have "hot and ready".
