Study Shows Gaining Weight Key to Long Life?
There are 2 things I've always struggled with in life and those are losing weight and/or just being a size that I am comfortable with and life and the questions that go along with life-and-death. I worry about the weirdest stuff all the time, no doubt from all the murdery shows watch. At least I have one less thing to worry about now that I know getting chubby as you get older is actually the key to a long life. No, I didn't make that up. According to a study out of Columbus Ohio University, people who enter adulthood at a normal weight and start to gain weight later in life actually live the longest. Of course we have to take into consideration that this study was done on a group of individuals in a town in Massachusetts and I hear it's really nice there. You can read the full article here.
