Never give up! Make utilities accountable

I have been complaining to my internet provider for 7 months.  No resolution, til now.

My internet goes in and out every 15 minutes

 Imagine if you were in the middle of something very important.  Look, the cable was sticking out of the ground.

They are finally working on  it.
