Metallica have just announced a collaboration with Nixon on a series of watches. Based on images from the band's career including album covers and other iconic artwork from their storied history, the timepieces will be made available Nov. 5 in stores and online.

There are eight standard watches and one limited edition, with prices ranging from $125 to $750. Kill 'Em All, Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, ...And Justice for All, The Black Album and Hardwired...To Self-Destruct are the LPs in the band's catalog which are directly represented. There's also a Pushead "Damage Inc." design and a "Seek and Destroy" watch featuring a Flying V guitar.

The limited edition item is a "Sanitarium" watch with an easy-to-read 51 mm design that launched the oversized trend, with adjustable tide tracker, and a custom bezel with a "prison bar” cage. The watch will be a Legacy Member Exclusive from Aug. 27 to Aug. 28 and a Fifth Member Exclusive afterward. There will be a limit of one per customer.

Metallica's collaboration with Nixon watches are available for pre-order now at the official Metallica store.
