Jeremy Valdez the 25-year-old driver of the pickup, fled on foot but was later caught by deputies. Officials say Valdez had an open warrant for arrest for failing to pay fines associated with a 2010 driving while intoxicated charge. This is Jeremy Valdez's fourth DWI arrest. Authorities are charging him with three counts of murder.

Family members of the victims have set up a GoFundMe account to help pay for the funeral.
