Diplomat Dies In Trust Fall
A group of people were on top of a building to look at the Empire State Building, which was lit up rainbow colors to recognize that the majority of Australians support marriage equality. Julien Simpson, 30, had swung a woman around during the viewing, a move that apparently angered her husband.
In an attempt to make things right, Simpsons later offered to prove his trustworthiness by playing a game of trust fall. He went to the ledge and leaned back, but when he grabbed for the man's hand, he slipped and fell to a second floor landing.
Police that Simpson and the others had most likely been drinking. Simpson was an official with Australia's United Nation's mission.
Honestly, after reading this story, something seems a bit fishy. If he wanted to prove his trustworthiness, wouldn't he be the won catching the person falling?
