With the season coming to an end yesterday, in dramatic fashion I might add, we have the list of opponents that the Cowboys will be facing next season.

Here is how the list of opponents shapes up for the Dallas Cowboys for 2022, dates will be determined in April when the schedule is released.

  • Home Opponents: Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants, Washington Football Team, Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cincinnati Bengals.
  • Away Opponents: Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants, Washington Football Team, Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tennessee Titans, Los Angeles Rams.

Once again the dates will be determined after the league meets in April to get the scheduling done, that's when we will find out when we will face the Washington Team with its new name to be announced on February 2, 2022.

But with the playoffs still in front of us, the focus is on getting Dallas back to a Super Bowl for the first time in 26 years.

Ironically the Super Bowl will be in Los Angeles which is the place the Cowboys won their last first Super Bowl in many years back in 1993.

The Cowboys had been in a dry spell as far as the Super Bowl was concerned back in 1993 by not being in the game since 1979.

This dry spell is a bit longer, since 1996, and the game will be played in the new SoFi Stadium instead of the Rose Bowl like it was in 1993, but it's still L.A. and the Bills are in the playoffs also, so could it be a Super Bowl re-match? Only time will tell!
