Any of your work burnouts on the same list I have?
I put together a list of things that I feel can burn a person out at work. Are yours on the list?
1. Long commute to work
2. Long work week- 50 hours or more
3. No "weekends"
4. Long work days- more than 10 hours
5. Not enough sleep- less than 7 hours
6. Working night shifts or early mornings- irregular hours
7. Stress at work is high
