Free Beer & Hot Wings: Florida Mother Places Choke Hold On 9-Year-Old Daughter’s Alleged 11-Year-Old Bully [Video]
A Florida woman is facing possible criminal battery and kidnapping charges after she put an 11-year-old in a choke hold.
Sandra Rivera told WFTV-TV Channel 9 that she was defending her daughter because school leaders in Orlando wouldn't protect her from alleged bullies.
Rivera said she has complained to Eccleston Elementary School officials about her 9-year-old daughter being bullied. She added she was wrong for what she did.
