Thats the most popular question when the anniversary of 9/11 comes up.  I was working in radio and remember it like it was yesterday.  As I was getting ready for my shift and waking up for the day I was listening to my friends who had a morning show and heard them say something about a plane crashing into one of the World Trade Center buildings.  I thought to myself how stupid is a pilot that can't see a 100+ story building, so I turned on the news to see some video and while watching, less than 30 seconds after turning on the TV I saw the second plane turn and crash into the other tower.  I remember cussing out Sadam Hussein at that very moment thinking it was him that had something to do with this cause I had yet to hear of a name I would remember for the rest of my life...Osama Bin Laden.  As I stood in horror and anger at the scenes unfolding before my eyes, I realized I was going to be late to work.  So I continued getting dressed as I angrily thought of why that #@^%#$ had decided after 10 years to take revenge on us about the whole Kuwait ordeal.  As I got to the station, which was my second day on the air at my new station, we had decided after the events had happened that we should run news audio from our local ABC-TV affiliate to keep those who could not be at a TV informed of the attack that was just beginning to unfold before us.  The day would not end till we got reports of another attack at the Pentagon and another plane, that we would find out later was headed for the White House, crashing in a field in Pennsylvania, all of this after the horror of watching both towers crumble to the ground.  Even writing this I have tears in my eyes thinking about all the innocent lives lost that day, so remember those lost and think of friends and family you still have and cherish every day you have with them and as its said so often during this anniversary every year "WE WILL NEVER FORGET"!!!
