The rumors are true! Marilyn Manson has officially confirmed that he will be touring this summer with the original shock rocker Alice Cooper. Though a full itinerary has yet to be unveiled, Manson announced today (March 8) via his website that the trek is definitely happening along with revealing three tour dates.

Shock rock icons Marilyn Manson and Alice Cooper are apparently heading out on tour together sometime in 2013. In a possible premature move by someone at Alice Cooper's camp, a poster of a 'Masters of Madness: Shock Therapy Tour' baring the faces of the two rock stars has been unveiled within Cooper's official website.

As reported earlier, Marilyn Manson collapsed and vomited onstage near the end of his set in Saskatoon, Canada, last night (Feb. 6). Now, comes word that Manson was suffering from the flu, according to TMZ.

Marilyn Manson has been known to heighten the shock value at shows, but what happens when the "shock" is unintentional? During a show in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, on Wednesday night (Feb. 6), Manson collapsed and vomited onstage in the midst of the fan-favorite track 'The Beautiful People.'

Earlier this month, Marilyn Manson reached out via his lawyer demanding a public apology from Seraphim Ward (real name Yolanda Tharpe) for spreading false stories about him in the press. Now that that hasn't happened, he's following through on a defamation lawsuit against Ward.

Marilyn Manson is not afraid to stand up for himself, but in doing so recently in Switzerland the rocker came out a little worse for wear. In fact, the musician needed 24 stitches to sew up part of his air after a brawl.
