Spaghetti Sauce Bandit Robs Bank

A woman in Michigan successfully robbed a bank Saturday by claiming two cans of spaghetti sauce hidden in a bag was a bomb.

The 60-year-old female suspect presented her bag to the teller claiming the contents inside it were those of a bomb, and demanded cash.

She made off with an undetermined amount of cash and fled in a vehicle waiting outside the bank.

The bomb squad was called in to investigate, and found the tasty canned treat.
