Last Sunday a 33-year-old Arizona man was arrested for a misdemeanor crime which apparently inspired him to commit a bunch of felony crimes.

According to the Arizona Republic, Cesar Garcia of Guadalupe, Arizona was spotted by police loitering outside a store drinking a beer.  They took him into the police station and booked him on a misdemeanor open container citation.

When they discharged him a few minutes later, he went on a real crime spree by stealing an ambulance that sat outside the police station as he was leaving.

He drove the ambulance back to his house, and when cops arrived, he started punching and kicking them.

Now Garcia is facing felony charges for motor vehicle theft, aggravated DUI, and aggravated assault not to mention that original misdemeanor open container charge.

I am sure he is not that worried about the original charge.
